Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 19 August 2026
This policy explains ReviseReady's membership plans, how automatic renewal works, and how to cancel or request a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Plans and prices
- Free membership: £0, subject to the limits displayed on the Membership page.
- Premium monthly: £5.99 per month.
- Premium yearly: £39.99 per year.
All subscription prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable. Frenchie’s Classes is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged.
Payment provider
Payments and paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ReviseReady. Stripe's privacy information and terms also apply to its processing.
Purchasing access for a student
A paid subscription may be purchased by the student using an authorised payment method, or by a parent, guardian or other person purchasing access for the student. The person completing checkout is the purchaser and is responsible for the subscription payments. By completing checkout, the purchaser agrees to the applicable price, automatic-renewal, cancellation and refund terms.
The student remains the user of the learning account. Purchasing access for a student does not automatically give the purchaser access to the student's answers, Student Progress information or other personal information. Any disclosure of student information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe at the end of each billing period using the saved payment method unless they are cancelled before renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly at £5.99; yearly subscriptions renew yearly at £39.99. Checkout displays the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and the steps for cancellation before payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Membership page: open Manage subscription to reach the Stripe customer portal, select your ReviseReady plan and choose Cancel plan. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access continues until that date, and no further renewal payment will be taken. You will receive confirmation of cancellation by email.
Cooling-off rights and immediate access
Where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies to your purchase, you may exercise it by contacting us at contact@reviseready.co.uk. Because access to digital revision content begins immediately after checkout, you may be asked to confirm that you want access to start straight away. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Payments already made are normally non-refundable once the relevant paid period has begun. Cancelling a monthly or annual subscription does not normally produce a pro-rata refund; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: a full refund will be provided.
- Accidental annual renewal: you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal payment where the subscription has not been materially used since renewal.
- Faulty, misdescribed or unavailable service: we will first try to correct the problem within a reasonable time. Where that is not possible, an appropriate partial or full refund will be provided as required by law.
- Exceptional circumstances: we may provide a discretionary goodwill refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate the refund promptly; your bank or payment provider may then take approximately five to ten working days to display it. Nothing in this policy limits refunds, price reductions or other remedies required by UK consumer law.
Free membership and trials
ReviseReady does not offer a free trial of its paid subscription. Instead, users may choose a free membership at £0, subject to the features and limits displayed on the Membership page. A free membership does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must actively select a paid plan and complete checkout before any subscription payment or automatic renewal begins.
Failed payments and price changes
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. Access may be limited after reasonable notice if payment remains outstanding. We will give appropriate advance notice of a change to recurring prices and explain your options, including cancellation, as required by law.
